| 2010 Christmas Parade Theme |
| The theme for our 25th annual lighted Christmas parade is "Silver Bells". The parade will be December 3, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. on Broadway. Parade entry forms should be posted September 22 or soon after. Watch this website for additional information as available. |

| Refuse Collection on Holiday Schedule |
| Labor Day will shift collection schedules by one day next week. United Disposal will be running one day late next week due to the holiday. Bradley Public Works Department will run branch collection in neighborhoods without alleys on Tuesday next week instead of Monday. |

| Small Business Tax Credit |
| Illinois Small Business Tax Credit now available - Small businesses that grow by creating a new position now through June 30, 2011, are likely to be eligible for the Small Business Job Creation Tax Credit. The web site at http://JobsTaxCredit.illinois.gov is an easy-to-use site for small businesses to register and apply for the tax credit without leaving the office. It also contains the statute, an FAQ and has contact information for further questions. |

| All Village Administrative offices, Public Works and Non-Emergency Departments will be closed Monday, September 6 for Labor Day. |

| Cleaning the Yard |
| Beginning April 1, brown paper yard waste bags will be picked up on your regular garbage day. Branch pick up also resumes in April. Neighborhoods with no alleys are picked up on the first Monday and neighborhoods with alleys are picked up on the third Monday of each month through October. |

| The Bradley Public Works Department will run the street sweeper on your regular garbage day during the second full week each month April through September. Keep the streets clear for a clean sweep. |
