Bradley is served by a Trustee form of government.
Elected officials include the Village President, Village Clerk
and six Trustees who serve staggered four year terms. Spring elections
are held every odd year (2007, 2009, etc.). The Trustees serve
at large, not from specific wards or precincts.
 Robert
O. Martin
Bob has served as Trustee on the Village Board since 1989. He previously
served as Police Chief from 1962 to 1987. As Senior Trustee, Bob
served as Acting Village President from October 1999 until the next
mayoral election held in 2001. Bob serves on the Public Works and
Insurance & Finance Committees and as Chairman of the Utilities
& Expansion Committee.
Bruce Adams
Bruce has served as Trustee since 1997. Bruce had previously served
for eight years on the Zoning Board of Appeals. He is currently
Chairman of the Public Works Committee and is a member of the Insurance & Finance Committee and the Police & Fire
Committee.
Dennis Coy
Denny has currently served as Trustee since 1999. He previously
served both as Trustee and as Planning Commission member for the
Village of Bradley. Denny also is the current Kankakee County Recorder
of Deeds. Denny serves as Chairman of the Police & Fire Committee
and is a member of the Ordinance/Technology and License, Zoning,
Planning & Grants Committees.
Caryl Wadley-Foy
Caryl has served as Trustee on the Village Board since 1999. She
had previously served as Zoning Board of Appeals member from 1996.
She is Chairman of the Insurance & Finance Committee and serves
as a member of the Police/Fire and License, Zoning, Planning &
Grants Committee Committees.
Lori Gadbois
Lori is the newest member of the Board of Trustees. She was elected
to the Board in May of 2003. Lori serves as Chairman of the License,
Zoning, Planning & Grants Committee and as a member of the Utilities
and Ordinance Committees.
Jerry Balthazor
Jerry has currently served as Trustee since 2007. He previously
served both as Trustee and as Village President. Jerry is Chairman
of the License, Zoning, Planning & Grants Committee
and is a member of the Utilities/Expansion and Public Works/Parks
Committees.
